All products are digital in nature (e.g. .zip files containing WordPress plugins, themes, or software). Upon successful payment, you receive an immediate download link and/or license key.
Delivery is considered complete once the download link or license key is provided. It is your responsibility to download and save the product.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the purchased product on the number of websites/domains specified at purchase (usually 1 domain per single license unless otherwise stated).

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable except in the following cases:

Support is provided via email at support@reviewgenesis.com. Response time is generally within 48 business hours, but may vary.
Support is limited to installation issues, bugs in the product as delivered, and basic usage questions. We do not provide customization, third-party integration, or SEO consulting services.
All products, code, designs, and materials remain our property or licensed to us. You receive only the usage rights described in Section 3.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MG Marketing Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to products/support if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware, USA.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
